MISSION STATEMENT:
To be involved in the continuing education of apprentices and young chefs by holding Master Classes every year.
To endorse, support, encourage and advise the continuing education of Australian teams and individuals who wish to compete in recognised national and overseas culinary competitions.
To maintain a high level of WACS accredited judges, particularly at our state level.
To encourage pride and comradeship among our members.
To work closely with other culinary organizations.
A Raffle is being drawn to raise funds for the Matt Filson Research Fund.
