Employed or have been employed as Working head chef
Chef who supervises a commercial kitchen
Executive Sous chef
Documents to prove the following
12 years full time experience inclusive of professional cookery training
Knowledge of kitchen administration, financial management and compliance in addition to knowledge required to be a professional cook/chef
Completion of trade qualification/courses/higher education
2 employment references, written with current contact details for verification..1 must be from current employer
2 character referees with current contact details

IF YOUR DOCUMENTATION IS DEEMED INSUFFICIENT FOR THE LEVEL OF YOUR APPLICATION AN ONLINE EXAMINATION MAY BE REQUIRED, THIS WILL INCUR A FURTHER COST OF $100, PAYABLE PRIOR TO TAKING THE EXAM.
International applications
All international applications will be required to take the online examination. This has been included in your application fee.

The successful candidates are certified for 5 years, after this time renewal is based on the chefs demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement
