He became a founding Director of Sydney Chefs Association in 1993 and was instrumental in the amalgamation with the Australian Culinary Federation NSW in 1999, of which he is now President.

David O'Sullivan - Committee member

David was infected with the passion of cooking at an early age, learning the art of team work early in his career from doing dual apprenticeships’ in pastry and cooking; working in and out of restaurants and Patisseries.

Staying in the industry that he loved David completed a masters degree, helping him transition to the sales arena in the food service industry.

Continuing to work in the industry that he loves David has worked for both local and international food manufactures.

Treasurer

He left England in 1972 to expand his knowledge in the culinary field. He has worked for Princess Hotel's in Bermuda, Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, Canada, and worked for five years in New York, USA prior to coming to Australia in 1980.

After spending his formative, culinary years in London's grand hotels Richard came to Australia for a visit and stayed. He is currently employed by TAFE as a teacher and Operations Manager where his food knowledge and organizational skills make him a valued member of the team.

Ann has been of immense service by giving her time as our Social Director. This allows our chef board members to concentrate on the Cheffing and competition side of things

Scott has been a Commercial Cookery Teacher at Ultimo TAFE where his practical, down-to-earth manner and hands-on skills have been inspiring thousands of NSW cookery students (like me) to achieve and perform in their chosen trade.
