David O'Sullivan - Committee member David was infected with the passion of cooking at an early age, learning the art of team work early in his career from doing dual apprenticeships’ in pastry and cooking; working in and out of restaurants and Patisseries. Staying in the industry that he loved David completed a masters degree, helping him transition to the sales arena in the food service industry. Continuing to work in the industry that he loves David has worked for both local and international food manufactures.

He has worked for Princess Hotel's in Bermuda, Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal, Canada, and worked for five years in New York, USA prior to coming to Australia in 1980. |
