- Cafe Z Chef de Cuisine to manage ADD and IRD. 55 chefs, 1000 pax per day, 9 live stations.
- Pastry Chef. Team of 17 chefs including bakery. Everything 100% made in house. Must have good 5 star hotel experience.
- Executive Sous Chef (Chinese Speaking)
- Sous Chef Cafe in charge of Mediterranean / salad / seafood / pizza areas. (Good young Aussie CDP/Sous could do it)
- Sous Chef for Irish Theme Pub. (Food international from bar snacks to Wagyu beef) Good Aussie CDP/Sous from Restaurant background.
